Instructions for authors

Abstract submission is open from November 10^th 2025 to January 15^th 2026.

To be able to submit your abstract, you must have an account on sciencesconf.org. Please use the LOGIN button (top right) to create your account. If you already have an account, you need to sign in to submit your abstract.

The length of abstracts for both oral and poster presentations is 400 words, excluding the title, author information and references. One figure or table may be added in the file to be uploaded. 

Please use the abstract template provided during the submission process to upload your file. Ensure that your abstract is fully anonymised, and indicate the word count at the end of the abstract (before the references).

Please note that the conference language is English.

Abstracts should report original work that will be completed by the time of the conference. For ongoing studies, a detailed description of the methodology and expected outcomes is required.

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by 2 reviewers. Selection of paper and poster slots will be based on these reviews. 

Please note that COM is a single-track conference with limited space for oral presentations. Large time-slots are dedicated to poster sessions to encourage in-depth discussions among participants. Both oral and poster presentations are equally valued and contribute fully to the scientific program.
