How to register

Registration for COM2026 will open following the notification of acceptance.

• March 10^th: Notification of acceptance and opening of early bird registration
• April 15^th: Closing of early bird registration and opening of regular registration

We encourage all participants to register early to benefit from the reduced fees. Particularly, we ask that at least one of the presenters of all accepted talks and posters register before April 1st in order to book the slot. 

Registration fees include coffee breaks, vegetarian lunch on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th and a reception on Wednesday 27th. The conference dinner (during river cruise) on Thursday 28th has to be booked additionally.

Registration fees: 

Early bird registration (March 10th - April 14th):

Regular: 200 €

Reduced (student, without emploiment): 90 €

Normal registration (from April 15th):

Regular: 300 €

Reduced (student, without emploiment): 150 €

Conference dinner on Thursday 28th (during cruise on the Canal du midi): 60 €
